AML Software Alert Quality Control Diagnostic Review

In recent years, the regulatory agencies have increased their focus on the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. The agencies have specifically begun to review the process surrounding the handling of suspicious activity alerts generated by the financial institution’s AML software.
